Returns & Exchanges Policy
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Email managing.director@santehealthhub.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the product back at your expense (for non-defective items).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
🔹 Steps to Report a Damaged Product:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Email managing.director@santehealthhub.com with your order number and photos.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
📌 Note: If the damage is due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refunds Policy
💰 When Do We Issue Refunds?
- Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products.
- Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.
❌ Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Items not reported within the required timeframe.
